Customer Team Member
Location: 1 College Road, Hereford, HR1 1EE
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 14 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided

What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct for safety and compliance
* Help introduce new products and services and share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns
* Support the local community by getting involved in activities and events
