This exclusive venue will offer a unique dining experience, focusing on a sophisticated fusion concept in a vibrant, intimate setting of approximately 80 covers.
This is a pivotal role where your creativity, leadership, and passion for exceptional food will be central to defining the restaurant's culinary identity from its very inception. We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to help shape the menu, manage kitchen operations, and lead a talented brigade.
As Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of culinary operations. Your expertise in fusion cuisine, passion for quality ingredients, and ability to lead and inspire will be key to delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
