Location: Littlehampton

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: GBP31,650 : GBP49,084 per annum

Contract: Full:Time, Permanent

Are you a visionary educator with a passion for the visual arts? Randstad Education is delighted to represent a thriving secondary school in West Sussex seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of Art to join their successful department.

This is an oversubscribed school with a vibrant community of 1,350 students, including a dedicated Sixth Form. The school is renowned for delivering exceptional outcomes and ensuring students are perfectly prepared for the next stage of their education or professional lives.

The Role

As a Teacher of Art, you will be responsible for inspiring creativity and technical excellence across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.

Subject Expertise: Deliver high:quality Art lessons that challenge and engage students of all abilities.
*

Photography (Desirable): The ability to teach GCSE and A Level Photography is a distinct advantage, though not essential.
*

Curriculum Delivery: Utilize explicit and deliberate teaching of knowledge and skills to ensure outstanding attainment.
*

Extra:Curricular Impact: Lead and contribute to after:school clubs and activities to increase student participation in the arts.
