We’re looking for a Marketing Planning Executive to support the Marketing Planning Manager in ensuring campaign and initiative planning is organised, well-documented, and aligned across the department. This role provides day-to-day administrative support for planning processes, meeting routines, reporting coordination, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll be based in our Head Office in Swindon, with the flexibility of hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The role also works closely with the wider Marketing Senior Leadership Team, supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and governance materials. This includes assisting the Head of CRM, Loyalty and Communications with the management of specific governance routines, documentation, and planning deliverables. This is a varied and collaborative role, suited to someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple teams to keep activities on track.
