Role: Nursery Practitioner Salary : Grade 2 - £24,796 - £26, 824 Hours : 37.5 hours per week, all year round Contract type: Permanent Start Date of role : August 2026 Closing date : 26 June 2026 Interview Date: Week commencing 6 July 2026 EIAT is a thriving Multi Academy Trust in North Birmingham incorporating Wilson Stuart School, Mayfield School, Queensbury School, The Hive College, Lime Tree Nursery and Blue Sky Nursery. Lime Tree nursery caters for mainstream children from 3 months to 4 years old, and operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. We are seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has the ability to maintain outstanding practice in an exciting, innovative environment. This is the ideal opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner to develop their career progression and build relationships with staff and parents, whilst delivering excellent care for the children. The right candidate will have: A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification Experience of working with teams Have the ability to motivate and inspire others Be passionate about providing the highest quality of childcare possible Have the ability to work on own initiative. Have in depth knowledge of the EYFS, relevant policies, legislation & safeguarding. We can offer the following: A collaborative and inclusive culture that values every employee.
