The Role:
* Lead and manage a Private Client team in Leeds
* Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships
* Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
* Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners
* Drive business development and strengthen the firm’s presence in the Leeds/Yorkshire market
* Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance
* Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners
The Candidate:
* Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm
* Strong technical expertise across private client work
* Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
* Well-connected in the Leeds/Yorkshire market with strong referrer relationships
* Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and development
* Capable of stepping into a leadership role within the office
