We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Cannock branch.

* Basic Salary from GBP28,809, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
* Building long-term relationships with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Ensuring accurate parts ordering and sending the right parts first time to reduce credits and returns.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. However, we are open to candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional warehouse assistance, such as picking or putting away products, may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be advantageous.
