Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
5. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
6. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure against budgets.
7. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
8. Provide administrative support to the Accountancy & Finance department.
9. Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
10. Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Administrator will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
