Job Description:
The Senior Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving large BPM deals within the Travel Vertical, focusing on Airlines, Hospitality, Cruise, and OTA/TMC industries. The role requires a proven track record in consultative selling, especially in digital F&A services and analytics, with the ability to convert deep industry knowledge into transformational outsourcing sales. The candidate will develop strategic relationships, lead business development efforts across Europe, and close complex deals by demonstrating WNS's value proposition.
Must have qualifications:
* Demonstrated BPM (Large deal) sales experience, preferably in the Travel sector.
* Experience selling Digital F&A services and Analytics into CFO offices.
* Strong understanding of operations and cost structures in Travel & Leisure industries.
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed global organization.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and manage client relationships at C-level.
* Engage with industry executives to articulate solutions.
* Drive regional business development and monitor opportunities.
* Lead sales processes from presentation to closing.
* Forecast sales and plan strategies accordingly.
