Salary: £28,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Average OTE £37,000+)

We are currently seeking a Customer-Focused Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced Aftersales team at a well-established dealership in Darlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and process-driven, with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
The Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your mission is to provide a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience, while also identifying and promoting relevant products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and book vehicle service appointments.
* Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and over the phone.
* Promote and upsell additional services and products.
* Assist in achieving departmental sales targets.
* Maintain accurate administrative records and job cards.
* Adhere to all Health & Safety and company policies.

* A full, valid UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in a dealership or service environment is desirable but not essential.
