My client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support their Minor Works / Asset Management packages in the North West region. This role involves working across two frameworks: CAM (Civil Asset Management) and BAM (Building Asset Management).
Civil works include drainage, structural defects, etc. Building works involve buildings and properties such as stations, ticket offices, signal boxes, etc.
These projects are high volume but low value, so experience with high-volume projects would be ideal for candidates applying for this role.
