Main duties of the CNC Turner: * Program, set, and operate CNC lathes equipped with Siemens controls to manufacture bespoke metal components for a range of industry sectors. * Prepare and run machining operations, including programming the machine, setting up jobs, adjusting tooling, modifying offsets, and making necessary alterations during production. * Interpret engineering drawings and work to precise tolerances to ensure high-quality, accurate output. Key competences of the CNC Turner: * Previous CNC machining and programming experience * Engineering Qualifications or significant Engineering exposure * Ability to work in a highly regulated environment whilst following procedures * Diligent, hardworking individual with good attention to detail * Strong communication skills and able to communicate at all levels The role of CNC Turner is a permanent and full-time position offering a competitive annual salary up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
