As a Project Manager at CRFS, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across our engineering and product teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing schedules, resources, and risks while keeping clear communication with colleagues and customers.
Duties and responsibilities
* Plan and manage projects from initiation through to completion.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
* Track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues where required.
* Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and updates.
* Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Experience and Qualifications Required
* Previous experience in project management or coordination.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery.
Desirable
