We are looking for a detail-oriented HR / Learning & Development Administrator to join the People team!
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational skills, a true monitor evaluator, and a completer finisher?
As HR/L&D Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring our services to internal and external stakeholders are efficient, consistent, and delivered to a high standard.

Skills & Experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people, building strong relationships with our teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to learn and understand our internal HRMS and LMS Systems.
* Skilled in data management, record keeping, and documentation.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
* Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
* High degree of accuracy in tasks and data management.
* Experience in a similar role with an HR/People function.
* Experience in hospitality operations desired.
Summary Of Main Duties
* Assist the Head of HR and Head of Learning & Development with daily administrative tasks.
* Update and maintain employee information across our systems and internal records.
* Respond to external reference requests and maintain the DSAR data sheet.
* Undertake and support with HR administration, including issuing contracts of employment, addendums to contracts, and probation pass letters.
* Oversee the right to work compliance requirements, undertaking regular audits for compliance training and personal documentation.
* Support with the administration of our People initiative calendar.
* Update our Academy trackers to ensure accurate reporting and provide support with course bookings.
