We are seeking a Cost Intelligence Manager to join our Utilities team in Newport, working on projects across South Wales. The role is based in our Penarth Office.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting day-to-day delivery of Cost Intelligence projects with minimal supervision.
* Supporting delivery capability, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
* Understanding budget estimates, cost plans, and reports.
* Supporting cost assurance services through data analysis, cleansing, estimating, and benchmarking.
* Preparing cost and benchmark estimates.
* Preparing cost rates, models, and engineering definitions.
* Allocating project cost data and design information accurately.
* Assisting in data capture, storage, analysis, and reporting.
* Maintaining cost database systems and supporting costing tools development.
* Monitoring industry cost trends and maintaining index registers.
* Ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality work outputs.
* Adhering to health, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
* Complying with client governance procedures where applicable.
* Achieving objectives in performance reviews.
* Engaging in continuous professional development.
* Working to deadlines and maintaining project correspondence filing.
