We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the Construction team of a leading UK housebuilder for a site in the Milton Keynes area. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality residential developments, supporting the Site Manager in the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of projects.
The Role
* Reporting to the Construction Director, you’ll assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring strong health & safety standards are implemented and maintained.
* Site teams are motivated, supported, and working to clear targets.
* Build programmes are delivered in line with technical and planning requirements.
* Quality standards meet building regulations and warranty provider expectations (NHBC/LABC).
* Accurate site records and progress reports are maintained.
* Site presentation remains to a high standard at all times.
Qualifications
* Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a high-volume housebuilder
* Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety and building legislation
* Valid CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid certificates
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* IT proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Committed to maintaining safe and inclusive working environments
