What You'll Do
* Working on current innovation and strategy workstreams through liaison with the chefs, new product development team and the rest of the business
* Leading the new product development meetings and feasibilities, preparing handovers for relevant categories
* Ensuring that all products have been costed and deliver target margins and are approved internally prior to presentation to customer
* Supporting the process development team by making sure that projects follow the Gate process and match the concept signed off by the customer/business
* Understanding the customer in terms of their new product development strategies, procedures and structures
What You Will Need
* Degree or Equivalent in Food Science is desirable
* Work experience within a relevant field
* Project Management experience
* Good basic culinary knowledge and able to keep up to date with market trends
* Strong computer based skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
