* Salary Range: £37,057 to £54,604 (Full-time equivalent, inclusive of London Weighting), dependent upon experience, pro rata

We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of Health and Social Care who is passionate about teaching and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding educational outcomes.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Health & Social Care to students aged 16-19.
* Plan, prepare and deliver lessons that engage and challenge students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their highest potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share effective teaching practices.
* Contribute to the pastoral care of students, ensuring a supportive environment that promotes their well‑being and academic success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Health & Social Care or a related field.
* Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning at the sixth form level.
* Strong understanding of the latest educational practices, methodologies, and assessment tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating students.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching.
