By working collaboratively across departments, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Responsibilities Order Management Excellence Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using our IFS system, maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout every stage. Customer First Approach Our customers are central to everything we do. You'll be dedicated to providing timely, accurate information, resolving queries with care, and delivering a service that builds trust and long-term satisfaction. Professional Communication You'll engage confidently and clearly with both internal teams and external customers, responding to enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Collaborative Problem Solving Working cross-functionally with departments across the business, you'll help ensure smooth transactions and proactively address challenges-always upholding our standards of excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
