JOB PURPOSE
The primary focus of this role is to proactively provide first-line support and query resolution for all volume recruitment activities. You will ensure the recruitment process is followed throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial job posting to the candidate's first day. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling interviews, providing feedback, managing offers, and supporting other recruitment activities as needed.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. First-Line Support & Query Resolution: Provide dedicated first-line support for all recruitment queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Recruitment Process Adherence: Ensure the recruitment process is consistently followed at every stage, maintaining high standards and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Job Briefings & Postings: Conduct initial recruitment briefings and post jobs across relevant channels to attract suitable candidates for volume recruitment.
4. Ad-Hoc Candidate Resourcing: Support sourcing candidates for roles based on business needs and recruitment requirements.
5. Interview Scheduling & Feedback: Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth process, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
6. Offer Process & Administration: Manage the offer process, including preparing and administering offer letters, and ensure smooth communication until the candidate's first day.
7. Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) Support: Provide ad-hoc support to Recruitment Business Partners (RBPs) as required to ensure continuity.
ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven experience in support roles, ideally within a high-volume recruitment environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficient in using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Attention to detail with a focus on process accuracy and candidate experience.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting to a Lead Talent Advisor, you will work alongside colleagues within the support function, adopting a collaborative approach to an ever-changing workload.
Primary stakeholders include regional directors, branch managers, HRBPs, and the head of talent.
