The Opportunity: This Head of IT / IT Manager role is a hands:on leadership position with full responsibility for IT across a business operating 60+ sites nationwide .Youll lead a team of 5 and take ownership of: IT infrastructure and network performance Microsoft environment (O365, servers, Active Directory) Connectivity across multiple sites Systems security, backups, and resilience Telecoms, CCTV, and access control systems This role offers the chance to shape and improve the IT function, not just maintain it. What Youll Be Doing Ensuring reliable connectivity across all sites (business:critical) Leading and developing a small, established IT team Managing 3rd party suppliers and service providers Driving automation and efficiency improvements Supporting a mix of modern and legacy systems Identifying opportunities to improve systems and reduce manual processes What Were Looking For Proven experience as an IT Manager / Head of IT / Infrastructure Manager Strong Microsoft stack (O365, Active Directory, servers) Solid networking experience (Cisco, Meraki, routers) Ideally, experience in a multi:site environment Experience managing a small team Comfortable being both hands:on and strategic Why This IT Manager Role?
