We are currently looking to recruit a strong Restaurant Supervisor to join the team.
We're looking for someone has experience in a similar role, with a good work ethic and a passion for food & drink.
The role will be assisting the management with running all the front of house services and will include the following:
Duties
* Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
* Train, mentor, and lead kitchen and service staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
* Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organisation.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of f&b, food safety practices, and culinary standards.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
* Familiarity with restaurant management software is an advantage.
* A passion for the culinary arts combined with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
