Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) – Creative Track

GLP is a hands‑on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programmes who are interested in the future of advertising. The full‑time program will hone your skills in design, storytelling, and content creation.

Role Responsibilities

* Help the team generate creative advertising ideas, content, and executions with an emphasis on visual expression.
* Translate strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions.
* Develop visual concepts for various advertising campaigns, including digital ads, social media, brochures, infographics, etc.
* Present design concepts to team members and management, incorporating feedback to ensure alignment with the brand’s vision and campaign objectives.
* Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and staying current on cultural and design trends.


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Spring 2025 and Spring 2026 with 2:1 or above.
* Area of study: Art Direction, Communication Design, or related field.
* Strong academic record (AAB at A‑Level or equivalent, including at least one essay‑based or creative subject).
* Relevant professional work or internship experience, preferably in advertising, with a creative portfolio of integrated campaign ideas and executions across multiple media channels.
* Expertise in conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and typography design.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design software.
* Sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom is not available.

* Immersive Training – Intensive onboarding starting 8 June to deepen knowledge of marketing and technology.
