Your responsibilities will include assisting with HR administration, supporting employee relations, managing documentation, and collaborating with various departments to maintain smooth HR operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Recent graduate in an HR Subject such as Human Resources Management or Business Management.
* A basic understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams.
