Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor – Harpenden
Our client, a well-established law firm in Hertfordshire is looking to strategically grow its residential property team with the hire of an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leasehold & freehold: handle a mix of residential properties
* Sales & purchases: manage all aspects of transactions from inception through to post completion
* Shared ownership and transfer of equity
* Actively engage in business development and marketing strategies at the firm
Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 12 months' fee-earning experience
* Experience of new build work would be advantageous
* The ability to work autonomously while supporting team growth
