Graduate Programme
The 28‑month 2026 Procurement Graduate Programme rotates through major sites (Crawley, Glasgow, Bristol, Belfast, Reading, Cheadle, London and Templecombe). Graduates will complete three placements and sponsor MCIPS Level 4 during the second year.
Role Overview
As a Procurement Graduate you will acquire hands‑on experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management and risk assessment while supporting cost‑saving initiatives and ethical procurement practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Hands‑on sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
* Contributing to cost‑saving initiatives and strategic purchasing decisions
* Managing supplier relationships and relationship building
* Learning best practices in procurement processes and procedures
* Conducting market research and analysis to support purchasing strategies
* Managing contracts and legal aspects of procurement
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams for effective supply chain management
* Implementing sustainable and ethical procurement practices
* Assessing and managing procurement risk
* Advancing career growth within the procurement profession
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any subject, on track to graduate by September 2026
* Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
* Enthusiasm for supply chain innovation and sustainability
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams
* Interest in ethical and sustainable procurement practices

Location & Working Pattern
Rotations across the main sites (Crawley, Glasgow, Bristol, Belfast, Reading, Cheadle, London and Templecombe). Monday‑Friday 37 hours per week (8 h Monday‑Thursday, 5 h Friday).
Security Clearance
SC clearance required prior to employment. Applicants must possess permanent right to work in the UK and will be required to undergo Government security clearance at BPSS Level and obtain full SC clearance.
