Operating across South Wales from multiple locations, they are expanding their Residential Property team and require a Solicitors in their Bath, Trowbridge and Swindon offices. DAY TO DAY: * Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. * Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, reviewing searches, and preparing reports. * Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progress of matters. * Keeping clients updated regularly and maintaining a high level of client care. * Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and procedural requirements. * Contributing to the development and success of the team through a proactive and positive approach.
