Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with varying needs.
2. Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organisation.
3. Support pupils with SEND, EAL, or SEMH needs to access the curriculum.
4. Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
5. Record observations and feedback to support pupil progress.
Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and secondary settings, with flexible hours and long-term opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
7. Experience working with children in an educational setting.
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.
9. A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
10. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
