The Senior Estimator will be responsible for assessing project costs, preparing bids, and supporting the sales team in securing new contracts. The role requires a detailed understanding of roofing and cladding systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
2. Analyzing project specifications and drawings.
3. Collaborating with project managers and clients.
4. Contributing to the development of bid strategies.
5. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the roofing or cladding industry.
2. Strong knowledge of construction costs and materials.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. EU work permit is required.
