Tasks:
As the Technical Trainer Engine Mechanics, you will perform the following duties:
1. Guide jet engine mechanic trainees professionally during practical training in a workshop environment.
2. Ensure training content is instructed and documented according to the plan, and develop training content and concepts.
3. Act as a Trainer and qualified Senior Engine Mechanic, including on-the-job training, supervising, and certifying work.
4. Support trainees by identifying strengths and deficits, initiating development measures, and monitoring results.
5. Supervise practical assignments in the training and production areas of the global Mobile Engine Services network and oversee the training program.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, we value:
* High school diploma/GED
* College degree or vocational training
* Bachelor's degree (desirable)
* 3-5 years of professional experience as a Senior Engine Mechanic with above-average performance and relevant authorizations
* Fluency in English
* French language skills (desirable)
* Experience with whole engine systems, EDP knowledge, Borescope inspection (desirable)
* LEAP Authorization (training provided if necessary)
* Training as a trainer (desirable, can be provided)
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Leadership experience
* Willingness to travel
* Availability for shift work/overtime
* Ability to work under time pressure and manage stress
* Legal work permit in Canada
* CV/Resume required
