We are seeking a dedicated and caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a young girl with complex needs in her learning journey.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working within SEN settings, using play-based learning approaches, and collaborating with integrated therapy and education specialists.
Key responsibilities include overseeing agreed learning activities under the supervision of a qualified teacher, providing direct support to our client, and participating in training and development opportunities to understand her communication, interaction, and sensory needs.
This role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, make decisions in the moment where needed, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for our client.

The ideal candidate will be a driver with a UK license, able to transport our client in her automatic Motability car, and possess a good general standard of education (GCSE or equivalent) to support her learning experience.
