Role Responsibilities:
* Champion our Bee Curious curriculum, a unique, child-led approach that sparks imagination and discovery
* Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms
* Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team
* Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding, with tailored support for children with additional needs
* Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's development
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding protocols across the centre
Required Qualifications:
* Holds a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education
* Brings hands-on experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role such as Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager, or Practitioner
* Demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Creates an inclusive, supportive environment where children and team members thrive
