We're now looking for a dedicated and capable Agricultural Operator to join our Harpenden team and contribute to both our commercial farming and research field trials. What You'll Be Doing This is a varied and rewarding role that involves: Supporting safe, efficient operations across commercial and trial farm areas Contributing to field trial implementation and maintenance Collaborating closely with researchers and technical teams You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, bringing your own knowledge while continuing to learn and develop new areas of expertise.
