A leading global aviation group with multiple major European brands is undergoing a transformation to improve crew accommodation processes and reduce operational costs. They are seeking an experience Change Manager to join for 6 months.
The group is integrating a new provider and systems integrator to streamline current operations through a mobile app which will be rolled out shortly. You will lead communication and adoption efforts across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a clear communication plan across multiple stakeholder groups
* Run discovery workshops with suppliers to identify key changes and use cases
* Train internal teams and support adoption of the new mobile app
* Engage stakeholders at all levels with tailored messaging
* Set up feedback loops to monitor and respond to change impact
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in change management, ideally from a consulting background
* Experience in aviation or airline transformation projects (preferred but not essential)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication planning skills
* Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides skills with a polished, professional style
* Ability to translate complex change into clear, actionable strategies

* Day Rate: £400-600 LTD/day, depending on experience
* Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office outside London
