With the launch of further Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in Waveney & Norfolk, we are looking to recruit a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner in Great Yarmouth and North Norfolk and Broadland area of Norfolk.
Successful candidate will need to start in post by January 2026. Successful applicants will be able to complete the UEA supervisor course in 2026.

The Post Holder Will
* Provide case management and clinical supervision to Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP’s) and Trainee EMHPs under the direction of the Senior Clinicians and Clinical & Team Lead.
* Manage a caseload and the provision of Mental Health Care services to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems in education settings.
* Provide assessment and formulation of mental health difficulties in children and young people.
* Offer evidence-based practice in guided self-help, CBT, child and adolescent mental health practice and Whole School Approaches to mental health.
* Clinically develop the provision of group work for children/young people and training for teaching staff, to include training and mentoring EMHP colleagues in order to improve the quality of the group work and training that we deliver.
* Will ensure the ‘voice of the child/young person’ is pivotal in all aspects of clinical practice and development. Co-production will underpin the MHST’s.
* Participate in the MHST Supervisors course run through the University of East Anglia if applicable. Delivery may be face to face in Norwich, online or a blend of the two.
