We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Assessment Coordinator to lead our initiatives in the manufacturing sector initially on a 1 year contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that prioritises safety, quality, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the lifecycle of product lines, focusing on chemistry-related aspects and compliance with dangerous goods regulations. Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to ensure products meet safety standards and customer expectations. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform product development. Develop and implement strategies to enhance product performance and safety. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to dangerous goods. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training to internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyse product performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary. Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure safe handling and transportation of dangerous goods. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, chemistry, or related roles within the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and safety standards (e.g., UN, OSHA, EPA). Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from conception to market launch. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
