An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite within a dynamic, employee-owned creative businesses in Manchester. This is a high-profile role where you'll combine executive support with operational leadership, project coordination, and culture-building, making a real impact across the business.
The Role:
* Provide proactive, tailored support to the C-Suite, managing complex diaries, inboxes, and communications
* Prepare briefing packs, presentations, and meeting papers, ensuring follow-ups are executed efficiently
* Act as a trusted connector and adviser for internal and external stakeholders
* Lead the Business Support function, setting high standards and line-managing Front of House
* Oversee office facilities, supplier contracts, and operational processes
* Coordinate cross-organisational projects, internal communications, and engagement initiatives
* Support DE&I programmes and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture
* Cascade leadership messages and champion the agency's employee-owned ethos
