About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 93 children and features a friendly, passionate team dedicated to giving children the best start in life through playful teaching, responsive interactions, and engaging environments. Our nursery includes art lessons from a local art teacher, enhancing our creative offerings for the children. Located in a lovely market town, we benefit from excellent transport links to Abingdon, Oxford, Didcot, and Faringdon, ensuring easy accessibility for families.

Role Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
