This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with at least one year's probate experience who is possibly looking for the second role in their career. As the Probate Paralegal, you will:
* Provide expert advice on probate procedures and applications for clients and other members of the team alike.
* Complete and submit probate and registry applications on behalf of the company's clients.
* Work closely with external solicitors on complex trust, estate or will issues.
* Meet with clients in-person and on the phone to provide advice on the probate process.
As the Probate Paralegal, you should have:
* At least 1 years' of probate experience preferred
* A relevant legal degree, CILEX and/or Step Advanced Certificate in the Administration of Estates.
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills .
* An empathetic approach to your probate work.
