Summary
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Canterburys Nursery Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and well-being of young children, fostering their growth through engaging activities and educational experiences.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative environment.
* Monitor children's progress and well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among children.
Requirements
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Leadership skills are an advantage but not essential.
