Are you a proactive organiser with a passion for people? Littywood Farm is looking for a dedicated Worker Welfare & Office Administrator to serve as the vital link between our operations and our valued workforce. It is a seasonal role with opportunities to become a permanent position in the future. In this role, you aren’t just an administrator; you are the primary advocate for our staff’s wellbeing.

The Role

You will ensure a smooth, ethical, and efficient environment for our team. From the moment a worker arrives on the farm to their daily life in onsite accommodation, you will manage the end-to-end experience, ensuring everyone feels supported, safe, and heard.

Your Responsibilities

* Welfare & Safeguarding: Actively monitor worker wellbeing, conduct welfare chats, and identify/prevent labour exploitation.
* Onboarding Excellence: Verify "Right to Work" documents, lead inductions, and manage personnel files to ensure everyone is ready for success.
* Accommodation & Facilities: Coordinate accommodation allocations, track maintenance requests, and ensure our welfare facilities remain professional and welcoming.
* Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff. You’ll maintain multi-lingual notice boards and assist workers with HMRC, pensions, and medical appointments.
* Operational Support: Provide essential admin support to Directors, assist with compliance audits, and prepare harvest/production data reports.

What We’re Looking For

* A People Person: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the empathy and discretion to handle sensitive welfare issues.
* Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English is essential. The ability to speak Romanian, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, or Tajikistan is highly desirable to support our diverse workforce.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and eager to learn specialist agricultural software.
* Proactive Character: A self-motivated "team player" with a "can-do" attitude and high attention to detail.
* Industry Experience: Previous experience in fruit production or agriculture working with seasonal labour is a major plus.

Why Littywood Farm?

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our ethical standards and ensuring our farm runs like clockwork. We value personal development and will support you with educational workshops to grow your industry knowledge.
