About the Company
Our client, a well known retail giant in the UK, is looking for an administrative assistant with good excel knowledge and an eye for detail, initially for 3 months. This business are going through a large transformation, and as a result, need some more bandwidth to help with a range of admin tasks.
About the Role
You will need to have good excel skills, as well as previous experience of working in a mature office based environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Assist with data entry and reporting.
* Coordinate communication between departments.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a retail environment.
* Familiarity with office management software.
