Overview
The Technical Sales Account Manager (TAM) drives sales targets within a defined geographic area, serving as the main contact for key and target accounts. This highly technical role leverages a strong understanding of engineered material technologies, customer service, and sales strategies to retain business and uncover new opportunities. The TAM supports growth across aerospace, electronics, military, and other critical sectors, balancing existing accounts with new development. With a consultative, solution-oriented approach, the TAM manages relationships, aligns internal resources, and communicates across customer and organisational levels to meet business goals.

Requirements
* Atleastthreeyearsexperienceintechnicalsales,accountmanagement,orbusinessdevelopment(aerospaceandaviationindustrypreferred)
* Proven experience expanding territory across international markets
* Full,cleanUKdrivinglicense(duetotravelrequirements)
* Technicalacumenandabilitytoquicklylearnnewtechniquesanddevelopapplicationinsight
* ProficiencyinusingCRMsystems(e.g.,Salesforce,HubSpot)andtoolsforterritoryplanning,pipelinetracking,andreporting
* Stronginterpersonalandrelationship-buildingskills,withtheabilitytobuildrapportwithbothinternalandexternalstakeholders
