Tuckers Solicitors are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our team in Medway, Kent.
DUTIES:
* Support fee earners with research, case administration, and document management
* Analyse information/evidence and provide insightful findings
* Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and colleagues
* Represent the firm in court and draft witness statements
* Support with Crown Court files
REQUIREMENTS
* Ideally have already obtained LPC/SQE - This will expedite our commitment to offering a future training contract (Subject to availability)
* Occasional travel to surrounding Kent areas
* In-depth knowledge of criminal law and procedure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and organisational ability
* Proficiency in IT systems
* Hybrid working up to 3 days in the office (After first 6 weeks of training has been completed)
