Joining a busy and supportive team, the successful candidate will be joining the team as a Customer Care Coordinator where you will deal with all customer queries relating to their new build property. Managing queries via telephone and email, this fully office-based role will be a TTP opportunity. The successful candidate will have a background in customer care and the property/ new build sector and be able to liaise with customers, trades people and site contacts.
