We are a growing team delivering innovative FRP composite bridge solutions that are sustainable, lightweight, and future-ready.
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, develop strong customer relationships, and supply chain links.
As our Project Manager, you will:
* Manage projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery.
* Collaborate with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
* Create and deliver technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation.
* Support marketing, tendering, and business development activities.
* Coordinate installations and ensure project quality and performance.
What we need from you:
* A strong interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A desire to grow both commercially and technically.
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
* Ideally, a qualification suitable for a Level 4/6 apprenticeship (training support if needed).
