We’re looking for an ambitious manufacturing engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team and support the design and implementation of our next-generation manufacturing processes. You’ll be at the heart of our production facility in Bristol, working on cutting edge machines and leading the development and optimization of post processing. The engineer will be responsible for day to day shop floor assistance, making improvements to achieve our capacity plan, managing smaller scale projects and working with seniors on larger projects, problem solving, collaboration with other functions and mentoring more junior members of the team.
If you’re an ambitious engineer who thrives on pushing the limits of technology and wants to leave your mark on a fast-growing company, this is your chance. Join us and be a key player in revolutionizing motion control.

* Design and optimise workstation layouts, identify and implement process and capacity improvements, and scope, source, and deliver new manufacturing equipment.
* Use CAD/CAM to design and manufacture fixtures or tooling, and run trials with new tools, machines, and processes to validate performance.
* Work with suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
* Provide feedback to improve product design for manufacturability.
* Manage small-scale roadmap projects, including planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication, and document processes, trials, and improvements to ensure repeatability.
