The Role
* Provide advanced support on commercial litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery cases.
* Manage document review and disclosure using leading e‑disclosure platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.).
* Draft, review, and prepare complex litigation documents with accuracy and commercial judgment.
* Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and overseas partners.
* Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional matters, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
* Shadow the founder for the first 6–12 months, developing a deep understanding of strategic disputes work at the highest level.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial disputes (litigation and/or arbitration).
* Background in a top‑tier or boutique disputes firm— or in‑house within a litigation funder or asset recovery consultancy.
* Strong grasp of civil procedure, cross‑border enforcement, freezing orders, or fraud‑related disputes.
* Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
* Confident managing high‑value, fast‑moving matters with minimal supervision.
* Hungry, ambitious, and self‑driven — thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture.
