Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Health, Safety, Security and Wellbeing (HSSW) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate across the business to design and deliver analytical products that unlock high-value insights and drive strategic decision-making.
You’ll lead the development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models that reveal trends, detect anomalies, and uncover opportunities for performance improvement. With a strong grasp of business processes and a passion for data storytelling, you’ll help shape our data strategy, drive innovation, and elevate analytics maturity across the organisation.

About You
You’re a curious, solutions-focused analyst with a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’re comfortable working across teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions, and championing a culture of continuous learning.
You bring:
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst role
• Expertise in SQL, Python or R, and data visualisation tools like Power BI, QlikSense or Tableau
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks or Snowflake
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting and machine learning
• A proactive mindset for identifying opportunities and driving data-led improvements
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for data storytelling
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR)
• A collaborative spirit and experience working cross-functionally
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with EcoOnline, FYLD or other H&S data systems
• Worked in Agile environments or regulated industries
• A passion for mentoring and upskilling others in data literacy
Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a remote first approach with occasional visits to the Durrington or Falmer office when required.
