Leading our newly formed and evolving People and Culture Team, youll drive projects that strengthen leadership, culture, wellbeing, and colleague experience so that everyone can give their best at work. Your work will help build an inclusive, supportive environment where teams feel valued and able to thrive.Youll collaborate with colleagues across CHCP to design and deliver organisational development initiatives that support our People Plan. Youll manage a small team of People and Culture Advisors and lead our wellbeing and benefits programme, ensuring every colleague can access the right support for their physical, mental, and emotional health.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 7 qualification in a relevant field such as Human resources, OD Psychology, Behavioural Science or Leadership or equivalent level of experience.
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
* Teaching Facilitation Qualification
Knowledge
* Detailed knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation including the requirements of the Equality Act 2010
* Organisation Development good practice and techniques
* Experience of using the OD cycle to deliver improvements across a team/organisation
* Experience of workshop facilitation, delivering training / communications to large groups, and of adaptation of style to suit audience
* Experience of developing and delivering training interventions to staff and managers
* Experience of preparing, analysing and presenting workforce information reports
* Principles of change management
* Experience of diagnosing, designing and delivering a range of organisational development interventions to improve organisational effectiveness
* Understanding of the national NHS People Plan and People Promise agenda
* Knowledge of NHS workforce agenda, funding streams and wider healthcare economy
* Understanding of NHS terms and conditions of employment
Experience
* Experience in providing advice to managers and staff on all aspects of workforce initiatives and engagement
* Experience of facilitation and the development of programmes
* Experience of implementing new innovations and change projects across a complex organisation
* Working in a multi professional environment
* Developing and implementing People and Culture policies and Procedures
